A big THANK YOU to our client JYSK Sweden for giving us the honor to produce their yearly

AwardsCeremony and Gala Dinner for employees and partners. We at Lundstrom are very happy that we got to be YOUR partner on this fun project for the fourth year.

The evening really had that Gala-feeling we were after: VIP pre-party, glitter, bubbles, dinner, winners and supporters, entertainment, smiles and a bubbly dance floor but most of all; Emotions!

 

We had an amazing Saturday in Gothenburg together with nearly 1100 JYSK guests!

 

We have been working close together with JYSK Swedens Management team, especially with their HR and Communication managers to create more engagement and involvement around the employees before the Gala took place. Competitions, movies, interviews and nominations for “Best seller of the year” was shared on JYSK:s internal channels according to a built communications plan and gave the result we were hoping for – Engagement!

 

A new graphic line was created for this event and was used all the way through from the social media activities to the live screens during the Gala.

 

We thank again JYSK Sweden for inviting us to a close dialogue and cooperation around this yearly tradition for employees.
